As part of our ongoing commitment to staff development, a comprehensive orientation session for newly inducted employees was held on 26th May 2025. A total of 21 new team members participated in the session, which was designed to introduce them to the hospital’s core policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.

This orientation is a vital step in helping new employees understand their responsibilities within the hospital framework, reinforcing our dedication to excellence in maternal and neonatal healthcare.

The session featured presentations from four key departments: Human Resources, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Software Systems, and Administration. Each department provided an overview of its essential guidelines, including workplace conduct, safety and emergency procedures, hospital management software usage, and routine administrative practices.
