AVAILABLE VACANCIES:
Pharmacist (Evening / Nightshift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately.
- Review prescriptions to ensure legality, safety, and appropriateness.
- Monitor patient medication therapies and advise on correct dosages and patient counseling.
- Maintain inventory of pharmaceuticals and ensure proper storage.
- Collaborate with doctors and nurses for optimal patient care.
- Stay updated on new drugs and regulations.
Requirements:
- Pharm-D degree from a recognized university.
- Valid registration with Pharmacy Council of Pakistan.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Head of Pharmacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hospital pharmacy.
- Conduct regular clinical rounds to ensure effective medication management and patient safety.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Manage procurement, storage, and dispensing of medicines and supplies.
- Supervise and train pharmacy staff to maintain high professional standards.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective medication management.
- Monitor inventory and implement cost-effective strategies.
Requirements:
- Pharm-D degree from a recognized institution (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant hospital pharmacy experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations, drug regulations, and quality assurance.
Labour Room Nursing Incharge
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all nursing staff in the labour room.
- Ensure safe and effective patient care for mothers and newborns.
Assist gynecologists and obstetricians during deliveries and procedures. - Maintain labour room equipment, supplies, and cleanliness.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior nurses.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/BScN in Nursing (valid PNC registration required).
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Obs & Gynecology (labour room).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations.
