Lab Technologist

Responsibilities:

  • -Conduct Hematology, Routine & Special chemistry, Parasitology, and other laboratory tests
  • Prepare samples, operate laboratory equipment, and ensure proper documentation of results.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with doctors and medical staff for timely reporting and urgent sample processing.
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance along with trouble shooting of laboratory equipment/ instruments.

Requirements:

  • -B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a tertiary care hospital or diagnostic lab.
  • Familiarity with modern lab equipment and computerized reporting systems.
  • Duly registered with the relevant professional council (if applicable).

Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately.
  • Review prescriptions to ensure legality, safety, and appropriateness.
  • Monitor patient medication therapies and advise on correct dosages.
  • Maintain inventory of pharmaceuticals and ensure proper storage.
  • Collaborate with doctors and nurses for optimal patient care.
  • Stay updated on new drugs and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Pharm-D degree from a recognized university.
  • Valid registration with Pharmacy Council of Pakistan.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Post Graduate Residency Trainee – FCPS – II (Obst & Gynae)

Applications are invited from hardworking and enthusiastic candidates to join our Post Graduate Residency Training Programme – FCPS II in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

Requirements:

  • FCPS -1 (Obstetrics & Gyneacology)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

O.T TECHNICIAN

Requirements:

  • Diploma in O.T from Sindh Medical Faculty with atleast 2 years’ experience of critical care unit.

PHLEBOTOMIST

Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture and other blood collection procedures efficiently and safely in both adults and pediatric patients.
  • Ensure accurate labeling, handling, and processing of specimens.
    Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Infection control protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with lab technicians and medical staff to ensure timely and accurate test results.
  • Required to work on a fixed/rotational shift basis, Sundays fixed.

Qualifications:

  • Min. Intermediate (Science) / Diploma in Phlebotomy preferable.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience of working in a tertiary care hospital.
  • Proficient in blood collection techniques and specimen handling.

Senior Registrar Doctor – NICU

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care to critically ill newborns in the NICU.
  • Conduct rounds, assess patients, and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including obstetricians, pediatricians, and nurses.
  • Supervise junior doctors and medical students.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • MBBS degree with FCPS/ MRCPCH or equivalent qualification in Paediatrics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Paediatrics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Senior Registrar – Obstetrics & Gynaecology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal patients.
  • Assist consultants in surgeries, deliveries (including C-sections), and other clinical procedures.
  • Supervise and train junior doctors, house officers, and medical students.
  • Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with hospital protocols.

Requirements:

  • MBBS with postgraduate qualification FCPS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Valid registration with PMDC/PMC.

LAB TECHNICIAN (Morning Shift)

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Laboratory Technician from Sindh Medical Faculty.
    Minimum 2–3 years of relevant hospital laboratory experience.
    Preferably experience in Routine and Special Chemistry/Serology, Hematology & Parasitology.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency samples.

IT Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining hospital IT systems, hardware, and networks.
  • Providing technical support to the staff.
  • Ensuring smooth functioning of EMR/HMIS and data security systems.
  • Coordinating with vendors for system updates and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare IT setup.
  • Strong understanding of networking, system security, and hospital software.

MEDICAL OFFICER – OPD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist consultants during OPD hours in clinical evaluations.
  • Accurately document patient histories, complaints, examination findings, and treatment plans.
  • Facilitate patient flow and ensure efficient OPD operations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and address basic clinical queries under consultant guidance.
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments and maintain patient records.

Requirements:

  • MBBS from a PMDC/PMC recognized medical college.
  • Valid PMC registration.
  • Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a clinical setting (OPD experience preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
