AVAILABLE VACANCIES:

Senior Medical Officer (Evening) Obstetrics & Gynaecology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist consultants in ward rounds, and emergency cases.
  • Perform initial patient evaluations and history taking.
  • Monitor patient progress and update clinical notes.
  • Assist in minor and major gynaecological/obstetric procedures.
  • Provide pre- and post-operative care under supervision.
  • Ensure timely documentation and patient follow-up.
  • Participate in on-call duties as scheduled.

Requirements:

  • MBBS with completed training in MCPS/FCPS (Obestetrics & Gynaecology).
  • Valid PMDC/PMC registration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Gynae/Obs preferred (House job in Obs/Gynae is acceptable).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Labour Room Nursing Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all nursing staff in the labour room.
  • Ensure safe and effective patient care for mothers and newborns.
    Assist gynecologists and obstetricians during deliveries and procedures.
  • Maintain labour room equipment, supplies, and cleanliness.
  • Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior nurses.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/BScN in Nursing (valid PNC registration required).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Obs & Gynecology (labour room).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations.
