AVAILABLE VACANCIES:

Teaching Faculty / Clinical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures and tutorials in accordance with the midwifery curriculum.
  • Supervise and mentor students during clinical practice in hospital and community settings.
  • Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support their academic growth.
  • Ensure clinical training is aligned with best practices, institutional standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with faculty members to continuously improve teaching methodologies and clinical training.

Requirements:

  • BSN or Diploma in Midwifery from a recognized institution.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Post RN BScN, or advanced degrees in
  • Midwifery/Nursing.
  • Duty based on roster and in shifts, 3 days morning and 3 days evening.
  • Valid PNC License (Mandatory).
  • Strong teaching, clinical, and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Labour Room Nursing Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all nursing staff in the labour room.
  • Ensure safe and effective patient care for mothers and newborns.
    Assist gynecologists and obstetricians during deliveries and procedures.
  • Maintain labour room equipment, supplies, and cleanliness.
  • Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior nurses.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/BScN in Nursing (valid PNC registration required).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Obs & Gynecology (labour room).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations.

PHLEBOTOMIST (CLINICAL PATHOLOGY LABORATORY)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture and other blood collection procedures efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure accurate labeling, handling, and processing of specimens.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Infection control protocols.
  • Provide compassionate care to patients, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with lab technicians and medical staff to ensure timely and accurate test results.
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and professional ethics
  • Conducts timely visits to wards for IPD sample collection.

Requirements:

  • Min. Intermediate (Science).
  • Diploma in Phlebotomy preferable.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience of working in a tertiary care hospital.
  • Proficient in blood collection techniques and specimen handling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to quality.
  • Patient care, strong management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support day-to-day hospital administrative operations.
  • Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the hospital.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Assist in procurement, record management, and facility-related tasks.
  • Ensure timely communication, reporting, and follow-up between departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare administration.
  • Prior experience managing housekeeping or facility operations will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and documentation management.

Paeds Technician

Requirements:

  • Candidate should hold a diploma in Peads from Sindh Medical Faculty with atleast 2 years’ experience of critical care unit.
