Lady Dufferin Hospital (LDH) actively participated in the 21st Health Asia 2024 International Exhibition & Conferences, held from October 17th to 19th, 2024 at the Karachi Expo Centre. As Pakistan’s largest annual health event, organized by Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., the exhibition provided a vital platform for health stakeholders to connect and address key issues in the healthcare sector. LDH used this opportunity to raise awareness about breast cancer and highlight its specialized services in obstetrics and gynecology, reinforcing its commitment to women’s health since its establishment in 1898.

In addition to promoting breast cancer awareness, LDH showcased its Cowasjee School of Midwifery, The management and students also participated in CME accredited Seminar on Midwifery, emphasizing the importance of skilled midwives in improving maternal and child health outcomes. By engaging with attendees and sharing its initiatives, LDH aimed to inspire collaboration within the healthcare community, enhancing overall health access and education for women in Pakistan. The event underscored LDH’s mission to advance healthcare standards and promote preventive care in the region.
